Bangkok Day 3

It's free and easy day
To me..it's the shopping day! LOL
We went to Siam Paragon and MBK

Siam Paragon is something like our Pavilion
Whereas MBK is like our Sg Wang plaza
Their version of "Sg Wang" is much much better than ours!

Not much of photos

I didnt buy anything in Paragon
Went into Gucci to search for that mini bag but not available
I thought it should be cheaper in Bangkok..hehe

Then we walked over to MBK
Had our tea time at the food court


Sambal petai! Simply delicious!

Thai's version of Chee Cheong Fun..

And their version of "Char Kuay Kak"

It's really tempting
Now I really miss the food there..I wanna go again!!

Chao Phraya Princess Cruise

Uncle booked for us the cruise dinner
750 baht per pax
The cruise brought us along the Chao Phraya river
And had buffet dinner in it

Quite special la..
But I didnt really like it
The food wasnt that good..furthermore nothing much to see
It was raining on that day
So we couldnt really see the view..too bad








Look at my cute dad..hahha!
He always has his own pose when it comes to camera time..LOL!




Anyhow no 2nd time for the cruise dinner
Quite bored..almost 3 hours journey
Doing nothing in it..
But if you havent been before, then I guess should go for it
At least get an experience..hehe!

Bangkok Day 2

Sorry for the late update
Coz there's too many photos to upload
Furthermore the connection is slow these few days

I'm in Mee Jawa now
Luckily the connection is fast
So I managed to upload all the second day photos in slide show..hehe

Bangkok Day 1

One word to describe Bangkok - AWESOME!!
And I mean everything!
From food to clothing to places
I find Bangkok is much more advanced than KL!

We took about 500++ photos
I cant afford to upload them one by one..hahha!
So I decided to use slideshow

And I'm gonna describe everything in the captions

NenSee's Wedding Dinner

Hometown friend
And also dad's friend's daughter
We used to stay in the same taman

She's 28 now
Got married to the son of listed company, Hup Seng
Rich guy and he looks funny..LOL

The wedding dinner is held in Sunway Hotel
Most of the guests are Tan Sri, Puan Sri, Datuk and Datins
Quite a formal wedding dinner
There are even few bodyguards outside the ballroom

At first I didnt wanna go
Coz I cant think of what to wear
But grandma forced me..so cincai la..hehhe!

During the dinner, the bride and groom presented RM500,000 for charity
A number of non-profit organization representative attended the wedding
So grand huh?!
I told the boyfriend I want a grand wedding too..hahha!

Too bad his bro doesnt wanna be her partner
So no choice they selected other kids
This is her ballet dance attire..;)

I'll be leaving to Bangkok tomorrow
And I'm still not done with my assignment..sigh!
I hope I can finish them by tonite..

Postgraduate Courses

Sent an email to the Senior Advisor of HELP Uni
I was browsing through their Postgraduate Courses
They offered Business courses for Postgraduates..

BUT they require working experience

So I emailed the senior advisor
To ask whether my current working experience for Maxis as their direct agents is considered or not..
In the application forms they require for referrals and I can provide that
I have my seniors in Maxis which could be my referrals..
I hope I could get approval for that

The next intake will be in March
The classes are only on weekends..and weekdays (6.30pm-9.30pm)
That's good..I can still work!
Only 48 hours of seminars and lectures..18 months
And the accessment is 20% of exam, and 80% on assignments

I'm choosing either..
Master of Entrepreneurship or CSU Master of Business
Another one is Master for Business Admin..but NOWAY!
I'm not interested in administration work..
I hate sitting in the office..hahha!

Starhill

Meet up with Weijen and Rachael at Pavilion
Then we went to Starhill for dinner
Had Thai food at MYTHAI by jim thompson
The food wasnt that nice..not the real thai food..hahha!
And it's expensive..

I'd rather go Cempaka for Thai food..yummy!





I love the decor of JW Marriot
So beautiful! The lighting keep changing colours..
Hahha I know I sound sampat..

Need to start on marketing plan project
I gotta submit it earlier before I'm off to Bangkok

The boyfriend is going for tournament at UCSI
Wanted to meet up with MeiPoa but she's leaving to Malacca at that time..
And I couldnt make it to meet her earlier
So I'm not following the boyfriend to the tournament anymore..

Another Nightmare..

I failed 2 of my finance papers for mid term
Luckily failed by 1 mark only..otherwise I'm dead
Same case happened again like last semester..LOL

And International Finance Management Test2 (10%) is on the 8th Oct
Exam time is 10am
And I'm still in Bangkok at that time!
So I sent an email to Mr George to asked for supplementary

All he replied me was there is no supplementary paper
What he allowed is..'to bring the finals to 70% instead of 60%'
The 10% comes from the test2 that I've missed
So kind of him! At least he still gives me that 10% chance..hahha!

I need to study real hard for finals
I've already planned my time for finals
Will stop my work after the roadshow in Macfood is done
Itu pun if I get the approval to have roadshow in Macfood
I hope Margaret will approve it..plzzzzz...!
Otherwise my sales will still remain zero this month..cham

Mid Autumn Festival

I didnt go anywhere
Lepak in Alex's house with Robert and Delia
I missed the lantern festival in my taman..

Seeing the kids playing with candles instead of lanterns
That's all..
It's not so happening in KL
I'd prefer those hometown lantern festival
Where there's one bunch of kids gathering with their lanterns walking around the taman
That's what we called mid autumn festive! Hahha..

I was in Mee Jawa before heading to Alex's house
Stolen someone's wireless connection and online there
At least I get to save some money in Mee Jawa
Instead of paying at least 12 bucks just to online in Coffee Bean

Bought it when we went shopping at Pavilion with Weijen and Rachel
Thought of buying few more different colours

But no way!
I'm kinda broke at the moment
Coz I've already invested my savings in shares
The boyfriend helped me to manage it..
Hope so I make some money and invest them in shopping again! Hahha..


I might wanna go Cats Whiskers this weekends
Need to get some shorts for holiday in Bangkok
My shorts are so limited..need to get one or two

Alright I gotta go now
The boyfriend is reaching college soon
He'll picked me and we'll be going for assam laksa!
