Grandma's 73th Birthday

Hello everyone! I'm being such a good girl today because I didnt wanna go clubbing with the boyf. I promised I'm gonna organize and resize all the backdated photos and I tell myself I'll do an entry for today.

I was browsing at all my backdated photos and realized there's thousands of photos waiting to be resized. It's giving me a big headache I tell you, because his laptop has limited memory space. Just now I've deleted lotsa junks from his laptop, I hope there's more memory now.

Among all those photos, I choose to update you guys with my grandma's 73th birthday, which falls on New Year's Eve. She celebrated her Chinese birthday, which is one day after mine. My grandma always count on the lunar calendar especially when it comes to our age. And I'm always much older than actual!! *dont like*

We had dinner at a restaurant at New World Part, if I'm not mistaken..heheh. We had an early dinner because everyone wanna go for New Year countdown. We're afraid that it'll be massive jam on the way back.

I was grandma's hairstylist that day. So happen I have my mousse in my bag, and I styled her hair to make it better..heheheh! Few days before her bday we commented that she needs to do something to her hair, and on her bday she did perming and colouring.

Okay let me introduce my lil cousin, Janice, the all-time-peace-poser. LOL! She loves to put on make-up and she's extremely happy when u put make-up on her. Look at what I did to her eyes and lips! Hahaha..

 

This is my 2nd uncle, Japanese aunt (Miwako), Uncle Gino and dad.

 

Okay here comes the interesting part of the night!

This is my coolest aunt, Stephanie. That night she was busy putting candles on the cake and prepares to bring it into the room to surprise my grandmum. Then I suggested that I should use the string of Secret Recipe cake to tie on her head.

She was laughing non-stop outside, couldnt imagine how she will look like. Then I asked her to bring the cake inside with this look...

 

Hahhaha! When she entered the room, all my aunts and lil cousins were laughing happily at her cute head. It was a good laugh for everyone.

 

Stephanie told Popo this is the biggest present of the night and get Popo to unwrap the big present.

She's the coolest grandma I've ever had I tell you. I'm really closed to this grandma since I was young and I used to sleep with her every night. She used to buy me things when I was in primary school and everyone said I'm her fav granddaughter.

I said she's cool because at the age of 73 she still can drives all around and she can swim! She's cute at times and it's fun to have such a grandma I tell you. Love you lots popo! *muacks*

 

After dinner we went to Gurney Drive for countdown and got stuck for hours in the jam after the countdown.

Back into the blogging world

I'm back into the blogging world after being lazy for almost 2 months. My friends even told me that I should close down my blog since there's no updates at all. Heheh sorry lar! I have a lot of things to update but the problem is I dont have the time to resize all the photos. I cant find a software that allow me to do batch resize.

I'm in Prince Cafe now killing time. The boyfriend is discussing with his partner and a friend. So luckily I have my Mini Dell in the car. And I couldnt find any other photos except photos taken on my birthday. Worst thing is I cant resize at all...hahahha coz I dont have PS software in this laptop.

I had dinner at Tenji on my birthday. One word to describe the food - sucks! Really out of my expectations because I relate the food quality similar to Jogoya. The first few months when they were opened, I couldnt get into the reservation lists. Fully booked at the time. After a year plus, I suggested to the boyfriend that we go there for dinner.

The first round we were excited coz we thought there's lotsa food to eat. 

 

I realized I was so fat at that time. My face is so fat! One thing I'm not satisfied with myself is my fat face. I want to do botox! Hehehhe...

 

He's being a liar here for putting his thumb up.So damn not nice lor..Me definitely not going back there again. I heard from few friends that Tenji was not as good as before already. I still prefer Jogoya. Rather pay more. Hmmph!

That's all I have in the laptop. Oh I just found Evonna's wedding photos in my laptop too. Those photos have to resize then only can post up d. Too many! 

It's raining heavily now. Dont think so we can leave this place. Rain and wind together..hehehhe! We're going for dinner with Alex later. 

Everyone's busy buying stuffs for Chinese New Year and the town's so jammed with cars and people. But it's different for me this year as I'm going Phuket on the second day of CNY. So my CNY items would be bikinis, shorts, mini skirts, floral dresses, sunnies, hat, sunblock and etc!
