A Place Called Home

I need a home. My own home. I'm looking for a condo in PJ. The boyfriend and I have new topic lately. Condos and furnitures. Hahha! We haven't found any suitable condo and yet we're discussing about the furnitures. I even entertained myself to Ikea to feel the excitement of moving into a new place. Kinda excited. Eh dont blame me okay..I'm sure everyone's excited of their first property/home right?! We have few choices so far but I guess we gotta get the property agents to show us the units. Few choices out of many. There are few which are damn nice but it's out of our budget. Most importantly is the security, next comes to the facilities. The boyfriend suggests that we get a small condo to stay and will only get other property when we have higher income. I'd like places like Mont Kiara, Desa Parkcity, and etc, but but but...hehhe. Dad suggested that my budget should be around 250k but I think it is not enough to look for a condo of that budget in PJ. I think max we will give it 350k. Instead of the monthly installments of RM1500, I think we have to earn an additional of RM500 extra to make it RM2k. I think it is still more worth it that staying in far places like in KL areas because I'm always around PJ and Puchong area. The costs of petrol and tolls itself will cost more than that rm500..

I should have take my aunt's unit before she rented out to a Japanese. She offered us 320k, fully furnished and renovated but we ignored because weren't ready for that. Now she had rented it out, sigh wasted. The value of her condo has appreciated and the value now is approx 340k w/o furnished and nothing! To me, investing in KL/PJ property is really a good investment. Li Kim told us that her Mont Kiara condo was 380k when bought and now the value is almost 650k! Almost doubled! Same thing goes to her Ken2 Condo, from 390k and within a year it's already 450k now. How nice if I could profit from those appreciation. Then I can have more and more and more property and start collecting rentals when I'm retired! LOL..

I'm gonna dream of my beautiful home tonight!

Good night! ;)

Chinese Tea Nightmare

It's 3.40am and I'm still awake. Usually I'll be in Dreamland around this time but I dont know whats wrong tonight. Turned and turned and turned for almost 2 hours but still couldnt get my eyes shut. Then I remembered that I drank too much of chinese tea at the steamboat supper just now. Sigh! I should have ordered 100 plus or any other drinks instead of the stupid chinese tea. I'm sensitive to coffee and chinese tea especially when it comes to late evening. Once I take any of them, then I'm gonna have sleepless night.

I'm boring now. Read up all my fav blogs. Goggled everything I wanna know. What else I can do huh? everyone's away in MSN.

My boyfriend is not asleep yet, I think. I'm not happy with him, so no talking for the day. Sometimes we both shouldn't stay together for long. Instead separating from each other once a while is good, so I'm bugging dad to look for a condo in KL and perhaps I'll take the commitment to start paying installments for house. Not to say that I complaint of staying in the boyfriend's house but it's too early to do so. Furthermore my bro is here as well, so it's time for dad to find a place for us instead of wasting money on rents. Independent..that's what I want..hehhe!

I am planning for next month's schedule and it's gonna be very hectic. Dad plans to go Indonesia early of the month. Perhaps a week. Then I have NDO to attend on the 7th. Next, paying a visit to HQ at Johor from 18th to 20th. Leaving to Australia for graduation around 26th til 6th October I think. I haven't get my flight tickets but will do that within these few days before it's getting more expensive.

Attention! AirAsia is giving away 1 million free seats! Go grab them now! I'm gonna start calling my dad to start planning for next year's trip! All international destinations are free okay! I wanna go Macau and HongKong during their summer sales next year. Bali as well. Perhaps Philliphines too, since it's only RM260 to and fro. Or Melbourne also can. Hehhe where oso I wanna go as long as it's free tickets. Saves a lot you know..hmm AirAsia is quite trustable, so no worries! ;)

Hmm it's 4am already. I must sleep. Otherwise I'm gonna wake up in the noon later. I cant! I've got a lunch appointment with Datin..definitely I cant be late!

Missing In Action

Some of you might be wondering where have I been.
Some thought I was in Indonesia.
Some thought I'm gonna stop blogging.
Some thought I have no events lately.
Some thought.....

Many thoughts..hahha!

Too many things but too little time. I need more time now. It's already month end and we're doing the closing again. Most kan cheong moment in every month. Furthermore the boyfriend is working hard for his Crown President title this month. That's why I have no time to blog. Out from home early in the morning and back around 12-1 midnight. After showering and everything, it's almost 2-3am already. How lar wanna blog.

But it's different today. Because it was raining! Hahha and we have a lame reason to come back home. Another reason is that my bro is sick at home, so we have to come back to see him. Hehhe I know it's lame but thats the only excuses we can give. Other than that it might not be acceptable!

I have many photos in my folders but dont know which one to post up today. Nadia called me yesterday asking why I wasnt posting any entry..hahha she said she was sick of the same Sipadan entry each time she clicks to my blog.

P/S: Miss Nadia A Ali, I'm posting this entry specially for you and also to get rid of your boring impression towards my Sipadan entry..hahha!

The Cave

The new place to go in SS2. From the name itself I think you'll have a brief idea of how the place gonna look like. Yes it's cave! Dining in the cave?! Yes!

Dont worry you wont die out of oxygen inside. I was surprised with their interior design, really special. Especially when the whole building is made into cave. You might get lost inside it because there are so many small sections and it is a three-floors building.

Can you imagine how cool is the place? All of us were like sakai coming out from rural areas. We explored every staglamite and staglatite in the caves. See my geography knowledge is still there okay..ahhahha! I think the renovation of The Cave is quite costly because the materials of the walls are bricks and not some plastic thingy materials.

The food - I would comment that it's just so-so. They have western food, chinese cuisine and French/Italian food. Not very expensive. Anyway it's worth for the experience.

Cake cutting time. Happy Birthday to you..(repeat)
(repeat)(repeat)!!!

Happy Birthday Gee Chang!! ;)

Sipadan Island - Part 2

Sorry for the delay. I had a hectic schedule ever since I got my Crown President title last month. Because the boyfriend is getting his this month. Both of us were out of time and 24 hours aint enough at the moment..hahha. The boyfriend asked why I wasnt posting any entry lately. So I decided to get home early today and start blogging. Urmm I went for Sex And The City movie and had dinner at Sushi Zanmai..AGAIN.. yes again! ;)

Okay back to Sipadan Island Part 2.

On the second day we woke up kinda early..around 7am, had breakfast and started to go snorkelling around 8 to Kapalai and Mabul Island. Basically these are the few famous islands nearby Sipadan Island. Only islands are interesting places over there, other than that only seafood are the attraction.

Look at the skies. Not my camera is doing magic but the skies are really that blue okay! I was surprised when I reached there. The sea water are transparent and the skies are so blue. Sounds like heaven huh..lol!

It takes about 20 minutes to reach Kapalai Island. In this island, there are few armies who take charge of the island. They are protecting the place from terrorists. In fact, they do not allow us to enter into the Kapalai Resort. Only guests are allowed. So we only get to dip into the sea. But I never like that particular place. Cause there were so many sea mosquitoes! They bite like mosquitoes and there's a slight pain like as if you were getting your piercing. Ish hateful!

As you can see I'm afraid of the sun because I dont wanna get tanned! I have a grand annual dinner to attend next coming Sunday and I seriously need to hide from the sun..hahha!

Kapalai was really beautiful. This is the best shot taken at Kapalai Resort. AhHwa stole this photo from me and put it as wallpaper in her laptop. I think I should as well. The resort at Kapalai is quite costly, almost same price as our resort. It's on the sea, but ours are in an island..I think ours are more safe because if there's anything happened, at least we have some coconut trees to rely on..hahhhaha!

Our arrival at the resort. We were only allowed to gather at the small hut. The army doesnt allow us to have a walk into the resort. Only for their guests. We'd like to have a look at the resort to see how good it is, but too bad we cant.

And here's the army in charge at the resort. He looks kinda stern huh?! Senyum-lah sikit bang! ;)

Back to our resort. Started to pack all our things and ready to leave Sipadan-Mabul Resort. Kinda reluctant but no choice, we only have one night there. Had light lunch at the cafeteria before proceeding to Singamata for our seafood lunch.

Oh I just love this photo! The sea is so clear and the sky is so blue, can you see the contrast clearly? Unlike our Batu Feringghi beach, the sea is brownish and the sky is light blue.

On our way back to Semporna jetty..

And all of a sudden, something happened..

The sea level becomes shallow SUDDENLY! Can you imagine the sea level is only until your ankle in the middle of the big wide sea?!

The boatman couldnt do anything but to let the boat engines turned slowly. The fan even damaged some plants and the water becomes very dirty because the fan blended the sand.

Luckily the water level becomes higher after 15 minutes. Otherwise we'll have to wait in the middle of the sea. Unfortunately, our friends in another boat gotta get down into the sea and pushed the boat til certain level! I should get from them the photos and post up here..ehhheh!

Here comes Singamata. The last place we'll ever go! The food was okay but the price was really threatening mann! Two tables having some common seafood and they charged us RM1300! That is so damn expensive mann!

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!

At night we had dinner at the same restaurant we used to go everytime we're in Tawau. Cheap and really delicious mann!

Look at this big fish. I dont remember whats the name of this fish but it's really huge.

Dont play play ah..advertised in The Star sumore

Next karaoke session. Not everyone joined us, but we had so much fun singing and dancing.

You know me..cant drink. Saja nak camwhore..hehhe!

Let me introduce our local version of David Tao and Alan for the night! He was singing the song "Duo Diao!" (Take Off). His expressions and actions were damn funny!

So that's it..he entertained us all night long and he's still single and available! Hehhe! A nice and funny guy..MinTee.

It's 2am now..I need to Zzzzzz. Nites!
