Macau - The City of Casinos

From Guangzhou, we took the bullet train to Zhuhai. It was an hour journey.

This is the Zhuhai Railway Station, which looks like KLIA. Unlike our KTM station which is so lousy and crowded.

From Zhuhai, we took the bus to the border of Macau and Zhuhai. It was a good choice because we get to sight-see the city of Zhuhai. I think the city is like Prai Industrial Area.

We queued for an hour plus at the Macau immigration. It was already 5pm when we were done.

Then we took the Venetian coach to The Venetian. Our friend, Chun, had waited for hours for us to reach Macau. Didnt expect the 3 hours delay!

Checked in to our hotel around 6pm. Nothing beats the whole day tiredness when we checked into our room!

The Venetian, Royal Suite Room.

The first thing I did when we entered the room. CAMWHORE!

The living room.

The royal highness bed. Heheh.

I'm in love with the toilet.

Took a quick shower and we went our for dinner with Chun.

He booked our dinner at 8pm. So we have some time to walk around the shopping mall in The Venetian.

And first food station - Macau's famous Portuguese egg tarts!

It is so damn delicious! Oh if you happen to be there, must try this egg tarts from Lord Stow's Bakery & Cafe.

The egg tarts is so crispy and the filling is damn soft and it melts in the mouth.

My first time in Macau.

Now I know why they said it's always day time inside The Venetian. It's because of the man-made sky illusion inside the building. And gamblers will never remember their sleeping time throughout 24 hours.

Meet our friend, Chun - still single and available (I guess)

We had our dinner at this Portuguese restaurant. We both didnt know how to order, we left the decisions to Chun. He knows whats best!

I love the lamb chop best.

This is the best pic that we could get from a drunk uncle who helped us to take the pic. His hands were shaking, and his sight was kinda blur. I had one pic where our head were just nice on the border. Luckily he didnt take only our body..LOL!

After dinner we went to Grand Lisboa, where the first well-known casino was established.

I didnt know that my camera could take this effect. No photoshop. It's the poster effect. So nice right?

Amazed with the beautiful lights of Macau city. So colourful.

The mermaid on the big projector screen. The mermaid will swim around, disappear and the reappear again.

And then we went to Hard Rock Cafe for yam cha.

NEXT DAY IN MACAU

We didnt spend much time in our hotel. The night before we reached the hotel around 1am. Went to bed at 2am.

The next morning we had to checkout at 11am.

We both woke up early to go for a swim. The Venetian has 5 pools altogether.

It's kinda waste if we didnt go for a dip right? :)

Ahh here goes miss intoxicated in biginis..please ignore her fat belly caused by 5 meals a day in China. TQVM.

See how I fully utilize the room! Heheh

Extended our checkout time at 12pm. LOL

Then we went for lunch at the food court in The Venetian.

The stalls in the food court are from famous restaurants. I had ramen and the boyf had rice.

This is  another famous Portuguese egg tarts from Koi Kei Bakery.

My sis recommended this and she said it's a must try. So we bought 2 to try.

Frankly speaking, I think the egg tarts from Koi Kei wasnt as good as the ones in Lord Stow's.

Jalan-jalan sambil camwhore.

Before we leave to Hong Kong, we went to Lord Stow's Bakery again for our last egg tarts.

I miss it so much! Can we have Lord Stow in Malaysia pleasssee? Someone please bring back the franchise.

I love you, egg tarts!

We had a very short trip in Macau. Less than 24 hours. The boyf actually suggested that we extend for 1 more day in Macau but I didnt want. I wanna go Hong Kong.

There's nothing much to shop in Macau.

Furthermore we already booked our hotel in Hong Kong. And paid for it already.

So Macau, we will definitely come back to you.

No no..I should say we will come back for The Venetian!
