Ash Hair

For those who are following in instagram knows that I'm having a change in hair colour! My previous hair colour was greenish ash blonde (initial colour) but as after few washes, the colour turned into light brown which I love so much. In fact I went for touch up twice and right before going for the new colour, I have 3 different tones on my hair! Hahaha!

I have no choice but to redye the whole head this time because I'm going for my pre-wedding photoshoot next week. Yes my pre-wedding photoshoot! Omg I'm so excited and at the same time emo also coz I didnt manage to lose weight. I'll try my best these few days! Was thinking of crash diet by taking low fat yogurt day and night, but I'm afraid that my GERD problem returns. No I dont want to be voiceless anymore!

I booked my appointment with number76 saloon.  At first I wanted to look for Hikky, the famous stylist who did for Audrey Ooi and Ringo, but too bad she was off on Friday. On Saturday there's 2 slots but I couldnt make it at that time. So in the end I choose to have Amy! Reason, seen her previous work for some models and bloggers, I love the colours. So Saturday 2pm confirmed at Mid Valley!

Before getting stuck for hours at the saloon, I had lunch before that. I love this photo taken with my phone and edited with PicArts and posted it in Instagram. My sis Qianhwei said I look so tai tai now..lol! I hope she don't mean the "wife" tai tai! I guess it's because my daily dressed up is quite simple and I cant package myself in complicated clothing..hehee!

Let me share with you my new experience with number76 saloon. I dont know if maybe other saloon does this as well. But this is my first time!

My hair was super oily, and with hair sprays and entangled coz I backcombed it. I expected the stylist to wash my hair first, but she didnt! Immediately I saw she was ready with the dye, and prepare to colour my hair!

"Amy, you not gonna wash my hair first?"

"No"

"But my hair is so oily, and with hair sprays!"

"Dont worry..this is fashion colour. We dont need to wash your hair first"

I was so worried that the colour wont turn out or maybe wont be lasting or whatsoever. But I trusted Amy. Impossible I'll be the weird ones among all..hahaha!

Tadaa! In fact whole process was quite fast. 10 mins and Amy said it's done coz my hair absorbed the colour fast. You can see the real colour here coz it's quite dark.

Nice?

The first two photos is the exact colour. I love the colour very much! That's what I wanted! Thanks Amy!

Look for Amy at Mid Valley branch, and if mention me as your introducer, you'll get 20% off!

PUBLIKA, SOLARIS

Next we went to Publika to meet up with my dad. He came down to KL because my youngest sis' class commenced on Tuesday.

Had some light food in Mee Jawa before we went jalan jalan at Publika.

Came across this Tenaganita campaign and it's so interesting. At first I was curious why there were so many shirts hanging, I thought it was some t-shirt company doing their ads.

As I walked closer, I realized there's so many wordings on the shirt. I like this phrase.

I strongly agree with the phrase. Now it is so difficult to us to get maids in Malaysia because of the maids abuse cases. I wonder why some employers are so cruel to torture their maids until they die of hunger or being punished/abused. If you are not satisfied with the maid then just send her back to the agent. But in my opinion, maid treats us as how we treat them.

Treat them well and they will do the same thing, maids arent cruel animals, they have heart too!

Hehehehe the clock is moving all the time. When will it stop? And the maid never stop wiping the clock..LOL!

In Indonesia, the maids work for years with their employers and some even worked from 2-3 generations! I had a friend, her maid used to work for her mum, when her mum passed away, she took over the maid, and now that friend has a daughter aged 16! Imagine 3 generations. Like I said treat them like how you want to be treated.

This is me and my lookalike fiance.

Mooncake Festival approaching soon!

No longer playing lanterns at this age. I remembered how our lanterns got burnt when we were young and grandmum said the term "latitu" which means burnt! I used to have dragon lantern! Hahahha dragon woman. Let me tell you a secret..I dont play with Barbie dolls in my kiddy days. LOL dont ask me what I play!

And this robot! Look carefully!

Consists of antique ais kacang machine and kettle! I should show this to Dad, and who know he can invent one and put it in his antique showroom. He has the ais kacang machine and kettle, the only thing is the statue! LOL!

After Publika, we went over to Datin Siti Ealla's so-called palace for Raya open house. Maybe I'll blog about the open house in my next entry.

And here goes my OOTD! ;)
