On our way back from Penang to KL, we decided to drop by at Ipoh to have a coffee break in Plan B.
Uncle told the hubby that the deco in plan b, ipoh is quite nice as compared to KL as it is located in the old town of Ipoh.
It is quite hidden even when we passed by we couldn't find the place until we saw the signage on the wall covered by trees.
It is more on antiques deco.

I would say it's a good place to hang out during tea time or perhaps a good place for breakfast.
My preferred american breakfast is always plan b!
