Busy Mode

I'm in a very busy mode. Busy preparing for visas, money changer, clothing, accommodations, and everything! I'm leaving to Australia tomorrow night. Kinda excited actually. I just did my visa last Monday. Very last minute. I prepared everything and totally forgot bout getting my visa. Went to travel agent and they didn't wanna help me. I was so frustrated mann. I ended up calling the Australian embassy and asked for help. Then I applied everything via online. Much easier sumore.

We need to go money changer later.

Bought my DSLR camera two weeks ago. Canon 450D. Was choosing between Canon or Nikon. Ended up choosing Canon because of its latest technology, the live view function.



I bought an additional 50mm/f1.8 lens.

Matta Fair Sept '08

My second time to matta fair and I thought I could get cheaper tickets or tour packages to Gold Coast and Sydney. But I was wrong. In fact I find that own arrangement would save up more. Especially on the accommodation. Jenna gave me some advice on how, what, where to go about in Gold Coast. I got all the information from Reliance tour and then arrange the same schedule on my own..hahha.




I've booked return tickets to Gold Coast (GC), and their local flight, Virgin Blue, to Sydney. You know what? I BOOKED WRONGLY! I mistakenly clicked the wrong date and without realizing that, I paid for it! Arrghh..wasted A$70..wtf! I was confused at that time. Opened too many tabs including the web for air tickets, accommodation, theme park tickets and others.

Just booked the accommodations via wotif.com. I have no idea how Surfers Paradise gonna be and how long is the entire beach. I booked Breakfree St. Tropez @ Orchid Avenue, which is very near to the beach. I dont mind if the accommodation is aint good as long as the hotel is at the main attraction places. We're trying to save up on accommodations so that we could spend more on visiting other fun places..hehhe!

I've also paid for the Escape Pass for the theme parks. Which means I get to choose between Movie World, Sea World or Wet and Wild Fun Park. Choose 2 places out of the 3. It's cheaper to book via online, furthermore at least I have the tickets with me once I reached GC.

MATTA Fair's coming! This Friday I'm going to get my tickets to Australia.
I'm rather excited for my graduation ceremony now..
I have so many things in my mind. What should I bring..what should I wear..what should I....
It's gonna be one of my memorable day in life besides attending the graduation ceremony again in KL.



I've had my kindergarten graduation, now waiting for uni graduation pic..very anxious to see the comparison..lol!

I'll get to attend twice. Once is with friends over in Sydney and another day in KL with family and friends here. I guess I'm gonna go on a diet starting from this month and next. I dont wanna look chubby in my graduation photo. I thought of getting hair extension as well! Oh god, look my hair during my kindergarten graduation..SAME LENGTH AS FOR NOW!! Hahhahahhah! Since my length is like not long nor short, it's difficult to manage. Hair extension will make me look better I think..hahha! I'm dreaming of long hair..I'll keep my hair long again but no more curling it. Perhaps will get a curling thong or just let it be straight.
That's first thing to worry about. HAIR.

Next, should I get an SLR camera for perfect pictures? A good camera to capture my best moments and holidays in Sydney and Gold Coast. I have no idea bout SLRs but maybe I'll pay a visit to the experts to learn more bout it. In fact, I should explore and try out the camera first. Because I'm a person who is always excited of getting something new and get bored of it after a certain period. Hahha. And I dont know whether Canon or Nikon is better. Any suggestions?
Second thing, SLR CAMERA.

Many more actually. Cant think of it now. I have too many dreams now..hahha! I wanna stay in my own condo having my comfy zone, drive the car of my choice, travel to few countries throughout the year, shop freely, and earn to the max! Alamak..sounds greedy right?! Kekke. Nvm at least I have dreams like the saying goes..

Home Hunting

This entry is for my dad since he doesnt know how to check mails. I wanna show him the condo in Tropicana area that was recommended by the property agent, Alvin.

This unit was fully furnished. Can move in anytime. The owner is asking for RM330k. Alvin said the price is non-negotiable, and the lowest price he can help is only around RM328k. Cheaper by RM2k..wtf! The unit is not that big, suitable for about 2-3 person.

The unit has 2 rooms and it comes with kitchen cabinet, plasma TV, leather sofa seats, furnitures, marble dining table, electronic gas cooker, sliding door wardrobe and 3 air-conditioners. I have no idea whether it is worth it or not. The unfurnished unit costs around RM280k. Leslie's mum said it's worth buying coz if we were to get an unfurnished unit, then we gotta spend cash on the minor renovation and buying those furnitures.

And the unit is so damn colourful! Each sides of the wall have different colour painting. Anyway the colourful walls distract me a lot, so I'm very sure I'll redo all the painting if I were to confirm buying that unit. The colours of the wall is not that matching. I'd prefer a single colour unit.

I hate the balcony door grills. It's like staying in the jail! Another thing to be taken off if it's my unit.



It comes together with the plasma TV and the cabinet.



The dry kitchen. Oh it comes with a refrigerator as well.





Master bedroom. The owner still had their clothing in the wardrobe. Oh the owner is one of Amway's distributor and they're from Ipoh. Now they've shifted to another semi-D house. The boyfriend said this should be a good unit. We'll temporary stay in it and shift to a semi-D next! Hahha!

In fact there's many things that we gotta redo if we were to take the unit. The wall painting, the balcony door grill, the plasma TV to be placed on the wall, changed the white lights to the yellow ones and many many more. Hahha I have so many preparations already but not confirmed whether this is the unit I'm getting.

This is one of the best we've seen so far. Tomorrow I'll call other agents to see if they have other better units. Who knows there's bigger units with cheaper price right? It is a decision of property, not cars. This is what the boyfriend's mum told me. There's no need to rush for it.

Alright bed time. I need to get up around 8am tomorrow morning..I mean later! Gooodnite! ;)

Merdeka Eve '08

Happy Independence Day! Join the crowd at The Curve last night. It was like a family day for the boyfriend. He brought his whole family to TGI Friday's for dinner and waited for the countdown. The crowd weren't as much as previous years, and in fact the fireworks last for less than 5 minutes. I remembered the previous years the fireworks last for around 10-15 mins. Hmm maybe it's due to the economic downturn.

Dinner at Fridays was great! Hahha just because we got the special 20% discount and 2 choice of free desserts. You know why? Just because my Jack Daniels Chicken and Shrimp was partially cooked! So I asked for an exchange. While waiting, the kitchen manager offered me free soup. Waited for almost half an hour but my main course was not served yet, and the kitchen manager came out again. He apologized and asked if we wanna take away the main course. The boyfriend asked for cancellation since we're all full! The kitchen manager offered us 20% discount on the total bill and we have free desserts! Hahha! But I could say his service is perfect! Thumbs up!




I went to Bianco for hair wash and blow, using my signed-up package. Anthony and another guy did curls for me and it was horrible! I couldnt take it mann,hahha! I was laughing and they were too! I knew I'm not gonna walk out of the saloon with that auntish hair. Then I asked them to blow straight again. Looks better than curls. Now I know my short hair doesnt goes with curls!




Do we look alike? This is the boyfriend's mum and sis. Many people thought I'm his mum's daughter! LOL!

Oh let me introduce this fountain. Take a look at the water than drop down. It was like droplets of crystal and it's dripping out like small round transparent marbles! I dont know how it works, but I'm sure it has got to do with the pressure or pipes.






Everyone is amazed with the fountain. I bet everyone touched the water to feel it! LOL

And next we're at the main road for countdown. Those people were playing with the snow spray, which I couldnt stand with the chemical smell. My nose is so sensitive to the bottled spray. Negaraku anthem were played and some other lagu-lagu kebangsaan.
